Our monthly pricing is based primarily on your average monthly expenses and the number of bank and credit card accounts you operate. During our 20-minute discovery call, we agree on a transparent number before work starts.
We do not penalize you for busy seasonal months. If your business permanently changes tiers (for example, doubling your revenue or adding 3 new entities), we discuss it openly in advance.
Catch-up pricing is billed as a flat fee per historical month. If you are 6 months behind, you get a fixed project price to bring all 6 months up to date. Once caught up, you transition to our standard monthly flat rate.
